An example of a group of adjacent genes that are similarly expressed (adapted from
[1]). For each square on the grid, red denotes relative expression higher than the
average for a gene in an experiment, green denotes lower relative expression and black
indicates that the expression is equal to the average. There are over 200 such groups
within the Drosophila genome.
