Incorporation of fragments of endophilin 2 into virions. The 293T cells were cotransfected with 1 μg of plasmid encoding HA-tagged endophilin 2 fragments and 5 μg of Mo-MuLV proviral DNA. Proteins in (a) cell lysates and (b,c) virion particles were analyzed by western blotting with (a, b) anti-HA and (c) anti-capsid antibodies.
